Classic Cruising program
Ages 6 - 13
Started 15 years ago at the urging of a friend and parent who wanted me to take her daughter sailing for a week. I asked her if she could fill my boat with 6 kids, and so the Adventure Sailing School began.
The Classic Cruising program uses large 24 foot Sailing sloops.
The focus is on getting the kids acclimated to being on a river that flows both ways, as well as become familiar with boat geography, how to raise and lower the sails, how to navigate a busy river, and most importantly to empower our students to be able to enjoy sailing on the Hudson River safely and efficiently!

Tivoli Sailing offers weekly sailing school in Upstate New York. The school serves the mid-Hudson River community of:
Tivoli, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Catskill, Kingston,
Saugerties, Woodstock and Germantown.
