Cancellation Policy
Non-weather related cancellations by client:
Client may cancel for any reason up through 10 days before confirmed charter date and receive a refund.
Less than 10 days notice of cancellation, no refund, but rebooking possible depending on schedule availability.
Inclement weather cancellation is up to Tivoli Sailing.
If Tivoli Sailing has to cancel a charter due to inclement weather,
the charter client will have the option to have their deposit refunded or their charter rescheduled.
Commodore Jerome will make the call on cancelling any charters,
as his life long experience with sailing has made him an expert with reading the radar and
knowing when conditions simply will not be safe or enjoyable to sail.
Commodore Jerome will be checking on the weather regularly to see what's developing and
plenty of notice will be given to the charter clients.
No refunds for gift certificates. No exceptions.
